Includes:  

• Flight, hotel, registration fee, and (1) set of 1-on-1 prescheduled meetings with CVBs, Hotels, and Service Providers which you help select.  
• You may be asked to place a $200 security deposit which will be refunded to you in full at the conclusion of the show upon completing your Hosted Buyer commitment

To Qualify You Must:

• Have a meaningful role in the site selection process of sporting events, competitions, and/or sports specific meetings or conventions
• Must represent sporting events that have the ability to rotate throughout the country OR have an established history (2 year minimum) of producing successful events and are looking for new markets to launch events
• Must be actively seeking host destinations for sporting events or sports-specific meetings that generate a minimum of 50 hotel rooms on peak night

Includes:  

• A registration which includes full access to the entire event program, functions, activations, etc.
• You will have multiple opportunities to network with all event attendees, however, you will not be provided with 1-on-1 pre-scheduled meetings during appointment sessions in the morning and afternoon
• You are responsible for your own flight and hotel accommodations

To Qualify You Must:

• Have a role in the site selection process of sporting events, competitions, and/or sports specific meetings or conventions

Includes:  

• As a guest of a Hosted or Non-Hosted Buyer, this registration will give you access to event networking functions and parties
