Includes:  

• Flight, hotel, registration fee, and (1) set of 1-on-1 prescheduled appointments with CVBs, Hotels, and Service Providers which you help select.  
• Your $200 deposit will be refunded to you in full at the conclusion of the show upon completing your Hosted Buyer commitment

Planners whose job responsibilities include site selection, meeting planning, etc. but are unable to participate as a Connect Hosted Buyer now have the opportunity to attend as a Connect Buyer. Details are as follows:

• Connect Buyers will have access to all of our functions, trade show activations, etc.
• As a Connect Buyer you will not be required to conduct 1-on-1 appointments with Suppliers and you won’t have access to the appointment portal, Supplier information, etc.
• You are responsible for securing your own flights and hotels
• A limited number of small booths are available for Buyers who wish to self-schedule meetings with Suppliers during Trade Show hours

Access to receptions, keynote speaker engagements (if applicable), and other event functions
